author and educator. He has
successfully written more than 48 grant proposals securing over $6.3
million in funding for nonprofit agencies since 1988. He has a
92+% success rate and has taught successful grant writing classes to
thousands of people since 1993. His students have secured over
$1.2 Billion in grant funding for nonprofits in their communities.
Phil has two masters degrees in teaching
English and also in metaphysics, as well as two bachelors degrees in
integrated social sciences and metaphysics. He designed the grant
writing classes and certification program at Truckee Meadows Community
